About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join Softwareact. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions using Java, working closely with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure scalability, efficiency, and meeting clients' needs.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Java.
Collaborate across teams to create and launch new features.
Led and mentored junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and ensure that code meets quality standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications.
Keep updated with the latest advancements and trends in Java development technology.
Contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices.
Participate in project planning and estimation.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Developer.
Strong knowledge of Java and Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Familiarity with microservices.
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Language
English – Fluent in Speaking and Writing
