About the Role
We are looking for energetic professional to join our team of professionals as Recruiter
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. We provide flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work in (50:50) split for the first 3 months during the trial period.
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Min 1 year of experience in IT
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Experience with technologies to discuss projects with candidates
Nice to have:
Practical knowledge of the IT market and the most popular technologies
Knowledge of polish labor law
English – Fluent in Speaking and Writing
