Position Overview:
As the Operational Director, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform product imagery. You will lead and manage a dynamic team of 70 individuals, including models, photographers, and software engineers. Your energy, enthusiasm, and proven leadership skills will be pivotal in inspiring our team to achieve exceptional results and overcome challenges in our ever-evolving industry.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and high-performance results.
Oversee the end-to-end process of catalog image creation, from concept to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and top-quality output.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations and internal objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and a "can-do" attitude, encouraging your team to push boundaries and embrace new ideas.
Act as a liaison between different departments, promoting effective communication and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within a creative or media production environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Enthusiasm for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a rapidly changing industry.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
