Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and product teams for end-to-end solutions.
Craft products aligned with performance, reliability, and quality expectations.
Develop SLIs and SLOs and work towards achieving them.
Provide technical leadership, including high-quality code and guidance.
Engage with managers for growth strategies and networking.
Understand team and business OKRs to steer planning.
Play an active role in shaping hiring and recruiting exceptional talent.

Requirements
Adhere to strong coding practices, including well-structured code, automated testing, and effective source code management.
Understand distributed application architecture and embrace principles like SOLID, DRY, DDD, TDD, CQRS, and ES.
Utilize experience in delivering advanced technologies for web, cloud, and data.
Implement Continuous Delivery practices throughout the SDLC, including creating focused Pull Requests.
